Wurzel, the Berühren board of directors, has decided to free Suiso Arahabaki at the urging of one of its members, Chief Operating Officer Honest. But this move may be part of a broader power play. The megacorporation’s sinister influence reaches every level of the city, from the halls of justice to the back streets, where Juzo continues to search for a way to free himself from Berühren’s grasp.
